ARTICLE 2 - THE HOST: Both the IndiPen website and application are hosted by Scaleway, whose headquarters if located at 8 rue de la Ville l’Evêque, 75008 Paris, France.
ARTICLE 3 - SITE ACCESS: Our site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or necessary interruptions for maintenance operations. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access for maintenance purposes.
ARTICLE 4 - DATA COLLECTION: We are committed to collecting and processing our users' personal information in compliance with French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
